Could you please clarify what do you mean under:

As far as I can see there are CSS3 styles present in your conversion, like:
-webkit-border-radius: 256px;
-moz-border-radius: 256px;
border-radius: 256px;
or
@media screen and (min-width: 2160px) {
.global_container_ {
background-size: 100% 100%;
}
}

There is an option to generate flexible layout (as far as I can see you did not give it a try). Also, it is possible to use tags like #min-width, #max-width, #fix, #flex.
